This policy explains how and when the Customer may cancel an order placed with MARAVITA SUPPLY SDN. BHD 202601022217 (1684314-A), the Company.
1. Cancellation Window
24 hours from the time of purchase is the window in which an order can be cancelled for a full refund.
Once that 24-hour window closes, cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
2. Requesting A Cancellation
The Customer contacts the Company’s support team with the Order Number as soon as possible.
Support checks the order’s status and confirms whether it still qualifies for cancellation.
3. Refund Timing
Approved Cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
7–14 business days is the time the refund takes to process and appear in the Customer’s account.
